Keith's Brew
On Wednesday night, Keith transfered his latest brew from its' primary fermenter to a secondary fermenter. The beer is an amber consisting of Cascade, Mt. Hood, and Willamette Hops - all native to the pacific northwest. After 10 days, the beer will be ready for bottling and consumption. This is his first 5 gallon batch!

The brew looks good. I'm looking to sampling it when we get there for T-giving. I just ordered supplies for a winter brew which I hope to be ready by X-mas.
